in “Tools and Dies,” BBTPL quickly became a leader in the burnishing
tool industry. With a mission to carve out a niche in the emerging
market of burnishing tools, BBTPL achieved ISO 9001 certification in
2001 for the design, manufacture, marketing, and service of all types
of burnishing tools.

Our Products and Applications:
BBTPL produces a variety of roller burnishing tools designed for
Internal diameters, External Diameters, Internal and External Taper /
Angle profiles, flat circular faces, grooves, tapers, Concave and
convex profiles. Our products are compatible with CNC turning
centers and machining centers as well as traditional machinery like
lathes and drills. Apart from this our products are suitable for Sliding
Head CNC Machines and Automatic Machines. We have Multi-Roller
Burnishing Tool range and Single Roller Burnishing Tool range which
are used in various Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials. Apart from
this we have Diamond Burnishing Tools which can be used in Hard
Parts were the part material hardness is 60HRc.
